On Sunday 31st October 2021 3pm at Brackley Methodist Church we will share in a service of Light, Love and Remembering. This short service has been planned with Community support and if you have not received a personal invitation, please consider yourself invited! There will be a short Act of Worship where we bring before God our memories of those we have loved, our pain and sadness together with the Christian message of love is immortal and life is eternal.
Light refreshments afterwards will enable us to meet with one another and continue sharing our stories and narrative. Please do come and be with others.
In the Celtic Christian Tradition All Hallows Eve celebrates summer’s end, the transition to shorter days and the Harvest. It is a time of honouring and remembering our ancestors and saints that came before us. A time in the Celtic tradition where the veil between this world and the spirit world is very thin.
Please make contact with us and reach out as the days draw in, pick up the phone, write a letter, call, let us love one another as God first loves us.
Thank you
love and prayers
Revd Sara
